Cancellation Policy

Reservations All rides must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. Availability is not guaranteed without confirmation. Payment Policy Payment is required 24 hrs before pick ups (All Cash transactions will be due at pick up) We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Card Corporate accounts may be billed separately upon approval Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the fare No-Show Policy If a client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup time, it will be considered a no-show Full fare will be charged Wait Time Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing All other pickups include 15 minutes grace period Additional wait time will be billed accordingly Flight Tracking We monitor all incoming flights to adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals. Service Area We provide transportation throughout PA • NJ • NYC and surrounding areas. Vehicle Requests Vehicle type requests (Escalade, Denali, Suburban) are subject to availability but will be honored whenever possible. Conduct & Safety No smoking or illegal activity in vehicles Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning fees Liability Luxury Life Limos is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Agreement By booking with Luxury Life Limos, the client agrees to all terms listed above.
